Racine County has been undergoing a business development surge over the last few years, increasing the need for an expanded workforce. One of the first steps in attracting talent to Racine County was addressing the housing availability.
Two organizations, Sawall Development and Wangard Partners, stepped up and executed on the value they saw in Racine County, earning them the Development Projects of the Year.

Award received by Owner Arthur Sawall, for the development of The Granary Townhomes in Union Grove.
Wangard Partners
Award received by Chariman & CEO Stewart Wangard, for the development of Tivoli Green Apartment Homes in Mount Pleasant.
