From facilitating community loans to partnering on major expansion projects, the Lender of the Year is someone who uses their financial capacities to provide economic growth in Racine County.
Frank Sterbin, Senior Vice President of Business Banking for Wintrust Commercial Banking at Town Bank, is this year’s RCEDC Lender of the Year.
Frank works directly with RCEDC’s financial arm, Business Lending Partners (BLP), to facilitate low interest loans throughout Racine County. The work done by Frank has allowed small businesses in our community to expand and build on the mission set forth by RCEDC.
