O&H Danish Bakery

A family tradition since 1949

O&H Danish Bakery is a premium supplier of authentic Danish bakery, particularly Danish Kringle aka Wisconsin’s official pastry. O&H was established in 1949 in Racine by Christian Olesen and Harvey Holtz. Over time, the family worked hard to build the bakery business and taught the next generations to respect and honor family principles with everything they bake and do.

Their success is proven through continued increases in sales volume. In 2013, Eric Olesen, the primary owner, decided to establish a flagship location to consolidate production and office operations under one roof. Having a strong history tied to Racine, they wanted to stay local to support the community.
