Multi-tenant retail, office and Event space
After a massive fire at the Schuette Daniels furniture store in 2014, the downtown building was boarded up for years. In 2016, WIN Properties decided to take on the challenge to renovate the building into an event and multi-tenant space. Today, it is home to the Mercantile Hall as well as Bon Bon Belle Bridal Boutique.
Mercantile Hall is an industrial style venue bringing an urban feel with a “small town love” vibe that’s undeniably cool.
In addition, the bridal salon recently added a style boutique next to a Prom & Bridesmaid Shop that sells affordable everyday fashion pieces and gifts.

Bon Bon Belle Bridal Boutique, owned by Wendy Lynch, regularly seeks the Racine County Matching Grant program to support the company’s marketing and training needs
